Founded on 24 years of expertise
Balancia was founded by Stacy Evans following 24 years of experience at Dyer & Co. After many years working within the profession, Stacy decided it was time to take the next step — establishing her own practice and building it around a small portfolio of valued clients.
The aim was simple: to provide a more personal, approachable service than larger firms can offer. Every client at Balancia works directly with Stacy — not a junior or an automated system. That direct relationship is at the heart of everything we do.
Having worked with Sage throughout her career, Stacy has also recently completed her Xero certification and is now focused on helping clients move to modern, cloud-based accounting solutions — making it easier than ever to stay on top of your finances in real time.
